Oh what id give for a nice drop of rain, We havent had a single drop for weeks now, and its sooo humid.

been raining here on and off all afternoon.

We've lenty to spare today. Drains xan't cope.

Here in Glasgow we have just had a torrential rain storm. Horrible! :(

I wish it was here. The forecast says it will be 29/30 degrees on saturday.

Hasn't stopped here for days, fed up of it now - the kids are bouncing off the walls.

It's stopped now but about 17.00 it poured down like a monsoon for 30-45 minutes and then settled down to just normal heavy rain for couple of hours.

Where do you live? In the SE we've had alternating warm weather (occasionally hot) with showers - perfect, due to be 30c soon - can't wait.

I live in the S.E. too, but the rain keeps mmissing us every time.

I thought you must be abroad somewhere! We've had thunder storms and it has rained so hard that the rain drops have been bouncing off the pavement.

We had quite dark clouds down in Croydon today but I didn't see any rain.

Had the downpour of the year here near Liverpool this afternoon,a real sky squeezer.It was coming down so hard it bounced around and came in the kitchen window,soaking the freshly washed dishes...nice
One rumble of thunder and we where in a hazy sunlight five minutes later.Too hot though, moan moan moan that's me never happy :)

We were looking forward to some rain today , but as usual it didnt arrive. All my neighbours ever say when i see them is "When are we going to get some rain?"
The ground is so dry here my son couldnt even push a garden cane into the ground to tie up the hollyhocks.!

It's been bouncing off my velux windows for hours. The noise was amazing.
