Sweating when cold
14 Answers
I'm going to paint a really attractive picture of myself here but I'm just wondering if anyone else is the same.
When I go to bed I can't sleep without a blanket over me but hate being too hot so most night I have the window open. Normally as the temp drops in the middle of the night I wake up because of the cold and wrap myself back up in the duvet but even though I'm cold I'm still sweating buckets (lovely hey!).
Is that normal?

I flowed the instructions, I.e. putting it on just before bed and blow drying your under arms before use and the two mornings after I used it my armpits were literally burning. I had to wear baggy tops all day because it was so painful. :/
No, you're not alone :)
I have been sleeping under a throw for months now as I find it too warm under the duvet and it's easier to wrap around me to stick my feet out.
I also have a dehumidifier which blows cool air on me (and the window open) set on a timer so it goes off after an hour so I'm cool enough to get to sleep but then warm enough during the night with the throw on.
I don't have a hot bath or shower right before bed either as I get too warm then.
