Yep LG, either direct or record if She Who Must Be Obeyed decrees a different channel.
No need to watch. Its molten!

Its not - its hollow - got a whole nother culture in there, and this documentary is going to prove it. ;)
That's bad news, as apart from the nickel ferrous core keeping the earth snug it provides the magnetic force field which keeps our nice atmosphere in its place. Also it helps some of us find our way around the place!

Naah, has to be hollow - this site says so, in yellow text on a black background, so it must be true :)

Thanks LG, do I have to put my compasses back an hour? :-)
Is it worth watching on catch up ? or was it pants ?
Question Author
Its only my opinion, you understand - but its worth watching on catch up..
Maybe my lack of knowledge, but I can't see how anyoone thinks it is anything other than solid, what with all that pressure down there.
And Jools Ferne wrote an account of his journey to the centre thinly disguised as fiction.
Watched it. Interesting - especially regarding the magnetic field anomaly observed over Brazil, (and elsewhere). I'd have liked a comment on what effect the anomaly has on navigation using a magnetic compass, but alas, this wasn't given a mention..
Probably makes little difference. The field may be weaker but will still tend to point in the same directions.
i watched some, it was as you said very interesting, i will try and do a catch up with the rest of it.
Another show I wanted to see, worth seeing on catch-up, understood I will do that.
