I heard somewhere that it takes more energy to design, manufacture, commission, maintain and de-commission windmills than what they produce in their lifetime. Not to mention the subsidies.

Last week I saw I merry go round coal train bringing in imported coal to a foreign owned power station. It stinks.

It is a ridiculous myth. The same myth has been invented for solar panels too.

This kind of rubbish relies on the gullible repeating what they "heard somewhere".
