Have a look at the size of the moon tonight, It's what is known as a super moon.
Next one is August next year, or so the weather man on TV says.

Already tried. No luck. After 3 clear nights tonight is complete cloud cover. Stll really windy, extremely noisy.

The weather ain't that great here either in the west Mids, but I can see it through a gap in the clouds.

It's fantastic. So brilliant and looks so close. I seem to have been gazing skyward every night for the last few weeks looking for the Space station too.

Blooming fantastic, I have a fastigiate sorbus out front, and the moon is in such a position, it look like a bauble on top of my tree.
