Assuming that we are measuring B and H in a vacuum, then the relationship is simply:
B = H*constant
where the constant is called "mu-0", μ-0 (the zero is meant to be in subscript but I don't know how to type that here).
This constant is known as the "permeability of free space" and has a precise value of 4*pi*10^-7 in SI Units.
