Greeting,

am having my license degree in "Computer Science", and for the masters am planning to use the degree and all what i will learn for fighting diseases specially AIDS.

if anyone knows what subfields under my major should i choose for the masters?

-masters subfields of "Computer Science" are like: Medical Image Computing,Cognitive science,...

"Major" -- US University, perhaps?

I'd probably need to know which University it is you are attending as different courses may be available. Let me know if you like and I'll try to do some digging for you. Also, someone within the subject at the University would be better-placed to advise you, so talk to them.
