Name Of Song + Group From The 1990's Or Early 2000's?

From what I can remember this weird music video was set in a TV studio, a TV announcer introduced the band and they performed a song that had some connection with science/chemistry. At one point the video shows a giant tortoise plodding along and another bit was a mad professor type with wild hair speaking a few words. I think the group were American, 4 or 5 members and it would have been late 1990's or early 2000's.

Hope someone can help as it's driving me potty and no I haven't been smoking an exotic substance!

Surely you don't the apostrophe for 1990's and 2000's.

It should be 1990s and 2000s

The "s" at the end is because it is a number of years (plural years), so you don't need the apostrophe.
