Ice Road Truckers....anyone Watching Series 8?

Just been watching the episode where Darrell quits Polar because he was only given 3 loads in a month. Anyone know why, I mean Mark/Polar claim to have lots of loads so how come Darrell only got 3 in a month? It was never really explained but it does seem that Mark is deliberately starving Darrell of loads. Anyone know any more about this?

I saw 15 minutes of one programme in series one...more than enough manufactured peril for me!
