Meteor Shower

I got told last nights meteor shower will also
be visible tonight, is this true as I missed it

Well I went out the back grander twice last night and saw stars, planes, and nothing else. I'll try again tonight but I think it's a leg pull they try on every year. I reckon they get someone to paint or paintshop some streaks on a picture of a night sky and pretend it all happened.

Good, I hoped so as well. A lot clearer in West Yorkshire today I couldn't see anything last night through the clouds. Although I know there's possibility of a thunderstorm moving north.

I'm with you, Oldgeezer.
I went out last night, hung about for ages, saw lots of stars may possibly have seen one shooting one, but it was over so fast I'm not sure.....certainly didn't see anything that could be described as spectacular.

Woke up about 0400, so had a walk outside, looked N/NE and saw 4 in about 5 minutes, nothing spectacular but at least I've seen some.

I was out about 11:00 pm , so maybe I was too early for them....
