Trying to buy a car charger for my LG G4 and I'm very confused by the different watts, volts and amps in the descriptions.

Can anyone point me to the correct one?

Did you know, I only found out recently, that you can charge (all?) phones, tablets, etc, via the USB port.
I'd imagine there is a standard 'USB charger' for use in cars.

Via what usb port?

OH! The USB port in my car is read only. It will play the music on a flash drive but won't charge my phone.
I'm no technophile, hc, but I'm fairly sure your phone will have a USB port.
Your phone has a microUSB connection which, these days, is as ubiquitous as the iPhone one. You'll be able to get an in-car power socket adapter from just about any supermarket, no need to look for specialist outlets.

The charger I have for my old mobile phone will charge my tablet and new phone but very slowly, it is not powerful enough to keep the tablet charged whilst it is being used as a satnav.

I was given a new charger for the tablet some time ago that is powerful enough and I need to buy a similarly powerful charger for the phone.
