Washing Machine Spin Cycle Problem

Good afternoon.

I'm not happy with my washing machines spin cycle and doubt the manufacturers claim that it spins at 1400rpm so I phoned the shop who put me in touch with the supplier and then the manufacturers directly to the CEO of the company in Shanghai who in his broken english and whoever was translating was the most frustrating and confusing conversation I've ever had in my entire life. From what I gathered he was saying that each washing machine was tested with a laser to gauge it's speed before leaving the factory. I seriously doubt this as well as he was the CEO but there is no way to prove or disaprove this.

I asked him could he direct me to his youtube video so I could see the laser at work and was disconnected. Several phone calls later I was told the CEO was away for a week which I also doubt.

My questions are, are washing machines tested with a laser and if so where can I get one of these lasers to check my spin cycle itself?

Sorry Mikey44444. I just had a scroll through and have just realised this is in the wrong section when I know I put it in homes and gardens,damned tablet probably came from the same company.

The answer to your question is....no, I am sure you can't get a laser to test your machine !

It says Little swan machine etched into the back in what I can only imagine is by laser as they're mass produced with model Number :
XQB90-906. It's a top loaded washing machine.

It doesn't appear to be fake but then I don't know what a fake one would look like but I did phone the supplier from what appears to be a genuine number.

Zacsmaster I cannot see this report button at all. It's probably this tablet I'm using which appeared to be the sale of the century,a new fangled device with all the bells and whistles until a few days of using it unfortunately.

Zacsmaster where did you get that information from? Any news that they actually do use lasers to test the rpm? Any chance that the public can get a small laser device to confirm their claims?

Tonyv I've seen a lot of washing machines in my time and I know 1400rpm from 900rpm anyday!
