80S/90S Synth Pop Album Called "to The...." Or "for The...."- Similar To Severed Heads

Hi I'm trying to remember an album/song, I think it was released 1990 but could well be before then.

It's by a guy called perhaps Mark Hen.... Paul Hen.... , or maybe another name!

It sounds a bit like the linked video (Severed Heads- Dead Eyes Open), but it has vocals over the top, the vocals are in the style of Human League.

If anybody listens to Nic Tasker on NTS he sometimes plays it.
