Very Strange Weather

We are having some very strange weather here this afternoon....its bright and sunny, and really rather warm, but we keep having these huge girt rumbles of thunder !

The rain lashed down here last night but really nice here this afternoon. Ive been out in the garden most of the afternoon and not heard any rumblings. Perhaps you would be so kind as to keep your rumblings down your neck of the woods.

Yes it has warmed up here too but no rumbles. Gonna be a nice balmy evening.

It is very cold today. My furry alarm woke me up far too early and after feeding the monsters I went back to bed. When I got up again later I had to put the central heating on.

I am still very cold and am off to play with my Kindle under my duvet for the eveniing.

Princess Merlin has just come down the stairs and into my office yowling her head off. I often wonder if she has as many as two brain cells. Frankie is hogging the duvet (for now).

It's up to 35 with the humidex at close to 2pm. Nary a smidgen of snow left.

We are also having strange weather. Normally sea-frets end on the hills before they reach us, leaving us in sunshine. For days now we have been trapped under a cold shelf of cloud, sometimes with rain. When I drive 4 miles towards the coast the sun hits me and I take off my jacket when shopping.
