I think like a lot of royal families throughout history I think the first born male will have 'dibs' on the throne (with the likes of Elizabeth I and Cleopathra an exception). Either that or the Pharoah will force the Daughter to marry her own sibling.

Tutenkamun was married to his older sister, dreadful practice nowadays I know but it seemed to work for them. It ensured that the family would rule for evermore, despite all the genetic problems with deformed babies etc. Even Cleopatra was wedded to hes bro until she had him killed when Jullius Ceasar came along. ( I knew my Hist Hons Degree would come in handy one day)
