This man grew a breast on one side only , so he had one boob and one male nipple.
In the photo the 'female' nipple has been blanked out but the 'male' one remains on view.

I think it's silly to blur the (female-type) nipple. We can see what's there, anyway. I don't want to see boobs and nipples all over the place, but this was about a medical matter, not titillation. Just print the untouched photo.

I thought funny when a US tv channel pixelated the breasts on a Picasso painting.
