I am not sure that just sperm is used........I think she may mean seminal fluid, as to extract just the sperm from the seminal fluid may be a prolonged procedure and not be cost effective...unless one uses a centrifuge.

I don't seriously think you're likely to get any of the ladies (or gents) on here to own up to doing this personally- people remember the mauling some folks got with Rowan's BDSM thread, so a money shot facemask is almost bound to be not anything they'd want to share.
That being said it's been around as a concept for a long time along with the notion that women who are exposed to semen are less likely to suffer from depression and anxiety. x
