I am not sure that just sperm is used........I think she may mean seminal fluid, as to extract just the sperm from the seminal fluid may be a prolonged procedure and not be cost effective...unless one uses a centrifuge.

This method is often used in one's social life, with of course permission from the intended recipient.......;-)

Yes sqad i doubt they separate sperm from the prostate fluids and seamen. Anyhow, more mixture to go around n all that? I think only about 60-70% of ejaculation is actually sperm.

I don't seriously think you're likely to get any of the ladies (or gents) on here to own up to doing this personally- people remember the mauling some folks got with Rowan's BDSM thread, so a money shot facemask is almost bound to be not anything they'd want to share.
