I need to source around 400g of molecular biology grade flucloxacillin from USA chemical supplier. ACS grade would not be suitable. Would anyone have any suggestions please?

From experience, I can tell you that Google is not the answer here. Contact Aurora Fine Chemicals based in San Diego. They'll supply molecular grade FCX and are pretty competitive with their pricing. They claim to have over 18 million chemicals available off the shelf and do stock what you need.
I potter around the laboratories at Harvard two or three times a year and AFC chemicals have a good reputation. No doubt you're aware that FCX has been banned in the USA due to its connection with DILI and the HLA-B*5701 genotype so you may encounter some problems with sourcing although legitimate in-vitro research is still permitted.
