Are you looking for all doctors or just the English speaking ones.
Seems an odd request. Are you planning to offer them all a service- maybe PPE? You can get lists of Madrid for example but not in a spreadsheet

The only place that there will be a central register of all doctors in Spain is the OMC. If you've got a legitimate reason for contacting a large number of practitioners, you should seek the OMC's assistance:

You're not going to find the information you want by the sounds of your question, it would be a huge violation of all data protection rules and privacy laws so any list you find will be voluntary from the people on it (i.e. they will have put their info out into the public domain because they want to)

Would you want your contact info available to anyone in the world who searched for "list of people that do your job/vocation"?

Maybe, but you can for example get lists of solicitors in UK with contact details

All I could find is that there are 300 people per GP in Spain, whereas in India is 2200 people per GP.

well yes, they solicit. I dont know if physicians are private or public. I suppose you cant get lists of all teachers or all social workers so probably not doctors. are physicians like GPs or do they include all doctors?

Having thought a bit further, maybe it won't be possible to obtain a contact list in Spain or any other country which has some form of a national health service.
Probably easier to find a doctors list in the USA, state by state for example.

I can never find my # on my phone when I need it.
