sit back, close your eyes, and tense every muslce in your body for a few seconds. then, relax your body totally. this will probably trick your eyes into relaxing too. stay like this for a few more seconds, then open your eyes.
though, it's not going to stop your eyes getting worse, but it has been shown to help in certain cases.

try this site: http://www.iblindness.org/ . I had a friend aged 80 (ex-head of photography at Porton Down) who had incredibly good vision and never wore glasses. He said it was due to a book he had read in the 1950's, but could not remember the reference. I am sure that the above is it. It certainly worked for him. He had perfect distance vision and yet could read all of the label on an Angostura Bitters bottle - if you don't think that's impressive, go and try it at your local pub.
i love vision qs, usual answers totted.
For 20/20 vision, it helps to have a well focused image on the retina, but you only get there when the muscles around the eye distort the vision in and out of focus and wait for the maximum energy output from the retina, and then try to hold it there (just like a digital camera does). Many people have well shaped eyeballs but have less than 20/20 vision because the refocusing system refuses to work properly, it can't be 'bothered', which suggests there is 'psychological' scope for non physical intervention.
