Tested negative for the past few days but feel like crap.
Certainly not well enough to go into work tomorrow, which I want to do.
Not sure if its covid related or to do with high blood pressure.
I was due a check with a nurse at GP over a week ago but cancelled due to positive covid result.
Now out of breath doing anything (From going to the toilet to changing my bed sheets)

I feel caught between a rock and a hard place trying to get past the receptionist for one.
Waiting list to see a nurse (as per my previous cancelled appointment) was a 3 week wait.
Getting to see a GP is about a one in one thousand chance.

Ranting aside, (Or asking DR Google)
Can you still have covid (after-affects) while still testing negative?

Yes. Long covid I think it is Minty that has it. GMEB thread
Nailit, it's apparently not a thing to be dismissed as being like a cold. You'll have to grit your teeth and wait 'til it leaves you. I hope you get over it soon, and I hope you will from now on do your best not to pass it on.
You are probably free of the Covid but as has been suggested now have long Covid which isn't catching. Very similar to post Viral Syndrome but with added breathing difficulties. Get yourself a telephone appt initially. It may go on for quite a while and you need some medical advice. Get lots. of rest, don't fight it and don't go to work.

Yes, they can last up to 3 weeks after Covid infection and after that time and depending upon the symptoms and severity is called long Covid.

In you case, if your breathing does not deteriorate I would sit tight at home until you feel well enough to go back to work.

Plenty to drink and Ibuprofen or Paracetamol.

Symptoms unlikely but not impossible to be due yo hypertension.
I agree with pat 2604 above.
I feel honoured! ;0)
and so you should..........;-)
My last negative test was last Sunday, since then I have been very tired all the time, with a silly dry cough but at least testing negative. Just hope it doesn't last to much longer, really not good feeling this way
