We can ignore the curvature of the earth as there are very few places were it is uniform for a long enough distance. Instead just make sure we are on flat ground! If the bullets were spherical they would both the ground AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. If they were in fact proper bullets then we would have to take air resistance into consideration. The mass of the bullets are irrelevant to which hits the ground first as the acceleration due to gravity is meters per second^2. As there is no mention of mass the acceleration is not dependant on the mass of the object....i think!!!!
There are too many variables to be able to tell from the information given. Many years ago I worked at the Royal Small Arms Factory in their SAA (small arms ammunition) lab. I spent most of my time testing different ammunition up to 30mm calibre. It will depend on the speed, mass, calibre, what the projectile is made from, the shape of the projectile, the length of the barrel, the spin of the projectile imparted by the barrel and many others.
