(17 + 5) = 22 +(19 - 17) = 24
(13 + 3) = 16 + (17 -13) = 20
(11 +7) = 18 + (13 -11) = 20

In simple terms nescio forget the reepated numbers in each shape and then it will make sense.

The total of the outside numbers increase by 2 reading left to right. Meantime the central number reduces by 4.
