Have Aliens Visited Earth In The Past?

On another thread Naomi insists that they have but won't discuss it any further and won't cite any sort of evidence so I thought I'd open it up for a wider discussion.

So what do you think and what is your supporting data?

of course it's possible that he wasn't describing anything. it could be poetry or metaphor.

I thought you might give me something a bit more ... considered, TTT.  Incidentally, a NASA scientist examined that text and concluded that Ezekiel was describing the arrival of a flying vehicle - even down to the sound it might make.

so, naomi, is it the EZ chapter coupled with the NASA guy saying he thought he was describing a ship that is the basis of your belief that aliens have visited in the past?

That's what he describes. Like the other bible stories I don't think it's accurate. Apart from anything else the bible has been translated and copied for thousands of years. I doubt it was even true to start with. You really believe it? Burning bush? staff into snake? Healing the sick? feeding the 5000? Earth and heavens created in 6 days? Exodus? genesis? adam and Eve? Perlease!

As he appears to accept it was describing, "some sort of ship", it would be interesting to know where he believes it might have come from.
