Sister cannot hang washing up any more due to broken arm so I am thinking of electricity spin dryer.

These days, an extra drain/spin cycle on the washing machine will have the same effect as a spin dryer. Wet, but not dripping wet so can be hanged on a rack indoors.
Agree with above, spin dryer doesn't dry and things come out quite scrunched and need hanging out anyway. Tumble dryer will but they are quite expensive to run.Clothes still need to be put in and taken and hung with all these thngs though. I've not really looked into it for myself but I've seen a lot of people raving about an electric warmed drying thing (almost like a tent) from Lakeland.

I have a launderess do mine every other week. Picks it up on a Monday and returns clean ironed and folded on Thursday. I pay by weight. I googled my area and this came up and I had no idea there were such people offering this service.
Your sister would only need to use it until her arm is mended and will not have to spend a lot of money on equipment IF she can find someone.
