Bold and coloured text postings

Don't know if this is the right place to ask this question so apologies if it is not.
How do I highlight a word in a posting to turn it in to bold or coloured text. It looks really cool.

When I reply I have a toolbar above where I am typing that has bold/italic/underlined plus a font colour thing. See it here http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v312/j2buttonsw/Untitled-1.jpg

I can't seem to find how to activate the toolbar shown on your link on AB. Where does it live?
Could it be not showing as I'm using firefox instead of IE?

I've just tried posting in IE and the toolbar is showing.
Seems like it does not work in firefox.

Firefox is odd, I've noticed that folk who use it think ma name is THECORBYLOO and I can assure you I am NOT a public toilet......
