Depends on the voltage input, what sort of photocell it is, and how much light it is receiving.

The term "photocell" (aka photo-resistor) refers to a light-dependent resistor (LDR). (They should probably be called dark-dependent resistors since their resistance decreases in the presents of light). These are typically used in a circuit with a meter to measure light intensity.

The photovoltaic cell (aka solar cell) produces about one-half volt per cell; (~.6 volt with no load). These can be connected in series to obtain higher voltages.
