Largest Clear Diamond:-

Cullinan diamond, world's largest gem diamond, which weighed about 3,106 carats in rough form when found in 1905 at the Premier mine in Transvaal, S.Af. Named for Sir Thomas Cullinan, who had discovered the mine three years earlier, the colorless stone was purchased by the Transvaal government and was presented (1907) to the reigning British monarch, King Edward VII. It was cut into 9 large stones and about 100 smaller ones by I.J. Asscher and Company of Amsterdam.

The largest polished gem from the stone is named Cullinan I or the Great Star of Africa and at 530.2 carats (106.04 g) was the largest polished diamond in the world until the 1985 discovery of the Golden Jubilee diamond (545.67 cts), also from the Premier mine. (Golden Jubilee is a brown diamond)

Cullinan I is now mounted in the head of the Sceptre with the Cross. The second largest gem from the Cullinan stone, Cullinan II or the Lesser Star of Africa, at 317.4 carats (63.48 g), is the third largest polished diamond in the world and is also part of the British crown jewels, as it forms a part of the Imperial State Crown. Both gems are on display at the Tower of London, as parts of the British crown jewels.

Largest coloured diamond:-

Also the largest Diamond irrespective of colour!

The Golden Jubilee, with an unsurpassed weight of 545.67 carats (109.13 g). Found in 1985 in the prolific blue ground of the Premier mine in South Africa.

The "Unnamed Brown", as the Jubilee was first known, was considered something of an ugly duckling by most. It was given to master cutter Gabi Tolkowsky by De Beers for the purpose of testing special tools and cutting methods which Tolkowsky had developed for intended use on the flawless D-colour ("colourless") Centenary. These tools and methods had never been tested before, and the "Unnamed Brown" seemed the perfect guinea pig; it would be of no great loss should something go amiss.

The Golden Jubilee is known to have been purchased from De Beers by a Thai syndicate in 1995. The diamond was then given to King Rama IX of Thailand as tribute on the 50th anniversary of his coronation.

King Rama IX had the Golden Jubilee mounted in his royal sceptre, bringing the diamond's journey to an endfor now. The diamond's existence remains little known even to the people of Thailand, as the government reported the Golden Jubilee to be "a large golden topaz". The reason for this deception may be rooted in the country's economic woes; the diamond would likely lower popularity for the monarchy if news of such an extravagant gift were to break.
Largest Ruby:-

The Neelanjali Ruby, at 1,370 carats (274 g), is the world's largest double-star ruby.

A ruby is known as a star ruby if it contains an asterism (distinctive star-shaped light refraction) in the gem. The Neelanjali Ruby is the world's largest star ruby with a 12 point asterism, which is commonly denoted as a double-star ruby. The ruby belongs to G. Vidyaraj and is reported to be in Bangalore, India.

At 2,475 carats (495 g), the Rajaratna Ruby is the world's largest ruby. Due to the presence of an asterism (distinctive star-shaped light refraction) in the gem, the Rajaranta Ruby is also the world's largest star ruby with its 6 point asterism. In Sanskrit, "Rajaratna" literally means King's Jewel. Raja (King) + Ratna (Jewel). The ruby belongs to a Mr. G Vidyaraj and is reported to be in Bangalore India.
Largest Saphire -

In 1995, the Millennium Sapphire was discovered in Madagascar.

In August 2001, Guinness World's Records issued a certificate designating the sapphire as the World's largest carved sapphire.

The Original Millennium Sapphire was owned by a consortium lead by Daniel Mckinney.

The Millennium Sapphire, an 61,500 carat (12.3 kg) gem quality blue sapphire carving, is poised to break three world records: the largest cut and polished sapphire, the largest carved sapphire and the highest priced sapphire ever sold.
