Chords for American Hi-fi.

Who knows the correct chords for the American Hi-Fi Song that is track 10 on their album. I've forgotten the title, but it goes ''I still believe it when you say, it's another perfect day, another perfect day''. Please correct chords only; I've tried looking on the net but the chords that I've found haven't been correct. It seems like such a simple song, but when I tried to work it out it drove me crazy!!!!!

Ok the track's called ''Another Perfect Day'' I think the progression is in B, but I've transposed it to C, so I think it goes like this: C, C/b, Am, Am/f, F, and then that's where I get stuck. Ok cheers. And the genre is pop-rock.

Sorry Crowdpleeser but i've not been able to find the track...but noodling about the natural resolution of this progression seems to be towards a G? does this fit? try an Em as well for luck. hope this helps
