Super human strength?

Why is it that anyone who lives directly under or near high tension power lines has near super human strength? Certain studies I have seen seem to prove to the theory that electrons bouncing off the muscles constantly seem to strengthen the muslces night and day. If so, does the moons pull during a full or even half moon increase or decrease this electromagnetic activity?

Well I've never heard this theory but I can't see that the second part of your question would have any effect at all.

I know the moon causes the tides but this is surely the gravitational pull acting upon the oceans due to it's nightly occurrence in the sky. Don't forget, just because you can only see part of the moon doesn't mean it's not all there, so the gravitational pull shouldn't alter just because some of the moon is in shade.
