My Hinari Microwave

I have a Hinari Eclipse Microwave model number EMX731SSE 800w. It is fairly new but I cannot find the operators manual. It is not heating up food and has a red diamond shaped light on the display. The diamond light has a vertical line in it. Before I waste my time calling out an engineer or expense purchasing a new one is there anybody who has a manual and can tell me what it is. Thanks

Might sound a bit obvoius, but have you got it on the defrost setting?
