Perhaps your best route might be to try to gain a place on the HND course (in Theatrical Media Make-up & Costume) at Worcester College of Technology. You could then aim to transfer, at the end of your HND course, to the BA(Hons) top-up course referred to above. Once again, the information on the UCAS site does not state which subjects are required at A-level. You would need to contact the college for further information.
While most of the institutions don't give details of relevant A-levels, many of them state that you must present a portfolio of your work. This means that, even if you don't study Art at A-level, you need to be developing your artistic skills and working on a portfolio. (For a place on the Worcester HND course, which includes 'costume', you might also need to present evidence of skills in, say, dress design).
I suggest starting, as I did, by putting 'make-up' in the search box which you can access from here:
http://www.ucas.ac.uk/search/index07.html
Then contact each of the relevant institutions for guidance on their admissions policy.
I apologise that this response doesn't directly answer your question but I hope that it will point you in the right direction.
