Forget it - it's simply not possible to calculate what you're asking for a number of reasons.

Apart from anything else, I'm puzzled how a 2ft tall ice statue can weigh 18 stone, although I appreciate you've not told us the width.

Before any wit suggests it, I trust you didn't use heavy water perchance?
