belly hanging over like a bumbag.
you see them.
36 inch waist jeans and 8 inch of flab hangin over the waistband.
and they say "im still only a 36 waist you know?"

No you got it wrong men nowadays wear bellies that are far too big for their trousers :-)

Alot of teenage girls do it round my way too. I think they cant possible lower themselves to be a size 12 (like we can see the label) so they squeeze themselves into a size 8 and the muffin tops look worse than just wearing clothes that fit.

Possibly because it is significantly more comfortable to wear the trousers around the waist rather than over the belly?

its because mens trousers are meant to sit on the hips - if they pulled them right up over the fat to wear them they would fall down all the time when the fat moves out the way and slowly worked them down
