Oxygen like most gases can be stored in tanks. Sometimes even in a liquid form. This stored oxygen can then be mixed to the correct levels with Nitrogen (necessary for our breathing ) and pumped into the space station. In the atmosphere of earth the mix is roughly 78% Nitrogen to only 21% Oxygen (ignore the few other gasses) but in space the Oxgen mix is slightly higher.
They have an "oxygen level maintenance machine".
