Solubility of Iodine in water

Does anyone know the solubility of iodine in water please? I ahve tried Google, but it only says slightly soluble. I coud do with a more accurate definition.

iodine crystals are more soluble at higher temps, above 20 degrees C (like most things really)
vague but most iodine compounds are readily soluble in water, inorganic iodines are highly water soluble

Thanks for that. As you say the solubilty of most things increases with temperature.

I used to have a copy of the "Rubber Book", but alas no longer have a copy.
