help new head gasket but still wont start.......

hi their i bought a rover 420gsi 4 weeks ago it was running ok at first but no heater gradually as i drove it it started to lose power and stall as i came up to a stop and then trouble starting it eventually it died and would not start at all only from a jump or push ,i have had the head gasket changed but it still wont start,any one got any good ideas,?

If it will only start from a jump or a push you have run out of electricity.
