If the mass of an object increases, then it's gravitational field strength also increases, and if it's mass decreases it's gfs decreases.

If NASA keep on collecting moon rocks and bring them back to Earth, then the Earth will pull a bit more, and the moon will pull a bit less. It's just asking for trouble if you ask me!

The total amount of material NASA or anyone else could feasibly bring back from the Moon in a thousand years is totally negligible in comparison with the mass of the Moon or of Earth.
The mass of the Earth is approx. 6 x 10^24 kg,
or put another way, six thousand million million million tons.

The real danger is that the Moon's mass is increased by all the stuff left behing in the process of mining the Moon's resources. Adding to the Moon's mass could in time cause extremely large tides and slow the Earth's rotation. Imagine a day lasting a whole month. Couple this with the rising level of the oceans due to global warming and you have a prescription for disaster that not even Noah or the dinosaurs could have dealt with. But rest assured, NASA is a responsible organisation as evidenced by their voluntary discontinuance of the Apollo Lunar Project.
