If a loud speaker produces sound by pushing air via its vibrating cone, then if the cone was made of material that aloud air to pass one way, wouldnt this create low pressure on one side and thus create thrust? or am i missing something

Speakers, especially those designed to reproduce the lower audio frequencies, generally required a baffle of some kind to impede the flow of air around their perimetre. Without a baffle, much or most of the air displaced by the speaker cones motion would simply leak around to fill the vacuum created by the inverse motion at the opposite side of the speaker.
If you such material, I'll buy it from you.
it might do, but a maglev (magnetic levitation) system would be a much more efficient magnet based propulsion system.

As regards to the magnetic levitation system yes it is good but limited to a track and limited height,my original idea would replace the helicopter with no moving parts apart from the vibration of the cone creating the vacuum in the direction of travel,i think its a good idea and just needs someone out there with vision to put it into effect?
