invisible mending
i saw an advert in the paperv for invisible mending.it made me wonder.when they mend something invisibly,how can they tell if theyve done a good job if the mend is invisible?

It is in fact a very expensive process. For instance if you have a tear in a jacket then a peice of the material from inside where it can't be seen is re-woven into the damaged area. It is not a patch, the warp and the weft are actuall woven as it was made. It is a very time consuming job. So therefore when done it is invisible.
