This is currently prevented even theoretically by the Heisenburg Uncertainty principle. Until someone comes up with a "Heisenburg compensator" as they have in Star Trek I'd say no, well for now anyway!
No this will not be possible in terms of large objects like people, the quantities of data are just too high and there are fundamental objections to the need to know the state of each particle with high precision.

However there is a great deal of reseach going on in places like IBM revolving around what is called Quantum Teleportation. You can think of this a bit like teleporting information.

And here
The mixture of fly and human tissue is just not possible, it will reject each other, so as in the fly film it is a dream.

The teleportation of live human tissue would include the breakdown before and rebuilding after of each and every cell by a machine. As the humand body is basically kept alive by electric current, the transportation would instantly shut off all life, so no, no live being can ever be successfully teleported.
Shocking the re-assembled body would not work as all the muscles will have no toning - are dead meat.

Teleporting rocks or metal may be possible in the very distant future, but the research needed for that will be greatly surpassed by more urgent matters in the future, like keeping the human race going.

Who knows?
300 years ago flying was just a dream
200 years ago going to the moon was also just a dream
100 years ago digital technology was fiction
75 years ago mobile phones were fiction
50 years ago videophones were fiction
in 300 years time what will be the norm?
