I have just come back from Holiday and cant remember my log-in password for AB or my yahoo account password so cant use my original name. Is there away round this or am I destined to be Long pants forever more?

Go on to log in and click 'have you forgotten your password'

Ed will then e mail it to you.

still wouldn't work PB if he/she doesn't know the password. If they are the same word Long Pants, i'm sure there's a recovery password question on Yahoo mail. Find that, get the password THEN contact AB.

No you just click forgotten password and they e mail it to your e mail address.
