Diesel vs Kerosene
2 Answers
My wife had our home heating tank filled this week, and I've just spotted the delivery docket. We usually have diesel, but for some reason she ordered kerosene. It seems to be working fine - I'd not realised until just now - but are there any issues i need to look out for, or changes i need to make to the boiler set-up?

Gas oil is heavier, akin to red diesel (35-sec viscosity). Some burners are suitable for both oils, some are not. Probably best to check with your service engineer - can't be more specific without knowledge of what you have.
