Is there an equation which calculates the relationship between the density of a solid object and the size, mass or volume to it's resonant frequency?

These things all come to play in the formulae as well as the shape. No doubt there are formulae but they are complex. The resonant frequency also depends on the stiffness of the object.

There are different types of resonances. In a solid object there are transverse waves and generally to a lesser extent, compression waves.

Fluids have no sheer strength so they only have compression waves.
