why is it, smokers this is for, that whenever youve eaten something, you get a craving for a cig, not only that, but it seems to "taste" different, and better, even nicer! sounds stupid, but its true. well, it is for me, my friends agree, so im guessing everyone else is the same...why does that happen?

A lot of smokers light one up when they get into the car (a no-no with passengers in the car, especially kids), when drinking, at BBQs and other habitual occasions.
At other times the nicotine deprivation is the only cause for reminding you to light up.
Smoking is difficult to quit because it is a lifestyle habit as well as a drug dependence. The holier-than-thou attitude of the anti-smoking lobby and the PC brigade have been proven to be ineffective to stop people from smoking.
I stopped just over 4 years ago only because my partner stopped and my breathing was getting laboured when exercising. I found the patches with supportive counceling helped me to get over the worst. My partner could not stand smoking anywhere near her but I still have a memorative sniff and don't mind smokers in the least - and yes, smoker's clothing does stink.
