Exercixes using weights

I have recently bought some weights of all sizes, which are proving to be really good for my arms and getting rid of the dreaded bingo wings! However, I am sure there are other parts of the body that can be toned using weights and I wondered if anyone know what these exercises are!

It's actually quite natural, but does worsen with age, so arms will probably never be the same as they were years before, unless you started serious bodybuilding.
The way to improve the area is by doing tricep extensions & pushdowns, tricep kickbacks and bench dips. Try doing a manageable weight, high reps, mangeable meaning you should be able to finish the set, but feel some muscle burn as you get towards the end of the set. Try doing 2-3 stes of 15-20 repetitions for each muscle group.
Have a look on You Tube too, as there are films of people doing various weights routines.
