Is there a way i can download or bluetooth from my p.c a conversion programme that will work on my phone.

Conversion programme i.e to convert temperature (farenheit to celcius) , speed (mph-kph) etc

unlikely unless the programming language that the pc application was wirtten in is compliant with the handset. try googling conversion applications for mobile.
