if during a prostate sampling there is no blood in the urine/stool/sperm or even during the sampling..
Does this indicate some kind of anomaly of the gland?

Erm, from what I've read about it, no blood is a good thing... red blood cells could mean the C word, and white blood cells are a sign of inflamation. If there is no bacteria in the urine sample either, but symptoms of a swollen prostate continue, then that points to a non-bacterial prostatitis. I'm not an expert, (far from it), but have been looking into this quite a lot lately. There is some really useful information on this website... http://www.emedicinehealth.com/enlarged_prosta te/article_em.htm
