Firstly, artificial intelligence is an endeavour by which machines are made to try to emulate human intelligence, as if this is some high bar to reach: in fact, many people are stupid, and make logical errors that computers will never do.
On the second level, it does point out WHY the bar is actually quite high for artificial intelligence to match the way humans think. Human stupidity demonstrates a flexibility in processing which, while sometimes leading to errors, also allows 'fuzzy logic' and adaptability.

Following on from Margo, above:it seems to mean that, at present anyway, no machine with artificial intelligence is as good as a human, even one who is naturally stupid. The machine has not got imagination and also lacks the capacity for mistakes which may or may not prove felicitous. The artificial intelligence is rigid and inyieldingly 'logical'.It cannot write poetry, but, more importantly it can have no serendipity since it cannot arrive at a happy accident in its working (and nor could it recognise it as advantageous if it did ).
