Certain thoughts creating sensations in your body
When I think certain things or have some kind of revelation I feel tingling in my body sometimes.
What is this? Is it a freeing up of some unresolved tension or something? Hopefully someone can explain what's going on.
I think it's very important to pay attention to the mind and body.

I'm really not the New Agey type but I've gotten in to it and do like to experience this kind of stuff for myself.
I heard that with the chakra thing that you're supposed to start from the lower chakras (red) and go up with each one opening them all from the bottom.
Red is supposed to be like feeling at home in the world wherever you are and feeds everything hard like bones, nails and teeth.
Other chakras are like wisdom, abundance, expression, heart and stuff.
I did a stumbleupon search for kundalini and came across some site with tons about zen, meditation, yoga and enlightenment. Just wanna share, some of you might be interested: www.anmolmehta.com

Sorry to be a boring pedant, Sir Alec - I'm well-known for it - but the fact that the wounds of the stigmata appear in the palms show that they are phoney (either faked or psychosematic).
In a crucifixion the nails went through the wrists: the tendons of the hand could not possibly support the weight of the body.
